Life science sector highlighted
Maiwald is again listed as a leading German patent law firm in the JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms. The ranking reflects our expertise in patent prosecution and patent litigation as well as technical know-how in the fields of biotech, pharmaceuticals and chemistry. JUVE compliments Maiwald’s opposition proceedings before the EPO as well as nullity proceedings for patent holders and manufacturers of generic and biosimilars. We are very pleased about the promotion to 4-star ranking in the category “Litigation: Patent Attorneys – Germany 2020” and especially the “well managed” title.
