Anja advises and represents clients in Germany, Europe and worldwide in matters involving the prosecution, maintenance, defense and assignment of intellectual property rights in the fields of chemistry, chemical process engineering and pharmacy. She also handles infringement issues on behalf of clients and prepares freedom-to-operate and validity opinions. Clients particularly value her specialized knowledge in the area of drug delivery and her long years of experience in the field of intellectual property rights both within Europe and worldwide.
