Charlotte has been with Maiwald since 2003. She currently heads the human resources department, where she is contact person on all matters relating to personnel management, including recruitment activities and forward-thinking personnel policy. She is the first port of call for job applicants, and supports, advises and assists staff members in matters relating to human resources and employment law from the time they start until they leave the company. Charlotte is responsible for communicating personnel-related changes and developments within the company. She also has responsibility for staff development and the strategic direction and planning of Maiwald’s human resources activities. Charlotte espouses a modern diversity and inclusion approach that encourages social diversity at Maiwald. As “feel good” human resources manager, Charlotte is the emotional backbone of the firm.
