Frederike is a patent specialist at Maiwald where she provides support to the firm’s engineering department. She works mainly in the areas of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and medical technology, with particular focus on the automotive and aeronautics industries and anti-friction bearings.

Frederike brings her experience in intellectual property law to the drafting and prosecution of patent applications. She also prepares meticulous translations of patent specifications and application texts, drawing on her excellent language skills, sound technical training, immense store of technical terminology and professional experience as a qualified engineer.
