AGD Business-Webinar “Ideen schützen – aber wie?”

On February 22, 2023, Dr Aliki Busse held an online lecture on the topic “Protecting ideas, but how?”, which took place as part of the webinars of the Alliance of German Designers (AGD). In this context, she explained aspects around the topic of design protection and design applications. Among other issues:
- What are typical examples of protected designs?
- Can I also use design protection in communication design?
- If a client commissions me: Who registers the design?
- How far does the design protection extend and how long is it valid?
- Can I register my work at the design role myself, or should I rather hire a lawyer for this?
- What is more effective: design protection or copyright protection?
