As part of a presentation series, Dr-Ing Sophie Ertl lectures at the symposium of our Brazilian colleagues on the subject of start-ups in the health care sector. The focus here is on the economic and strategic use of intellectual property rights in the development of new companies as well as the clarification of misinformation in the IP area.
