Joint International Symposium with Oblon on U.S. & European Patent Practice in Austin, Texas

On November 15, Maiwald organised another symposium on US and European Patent Practice – Important Aspects for Practitioners together with Oblon. The event took place both on-site in Austin, Texas, and online.

The main focus was on recent developments and current aspects of IP practice from the U.S. and European perspectives. In particular, the following topics were discussed:

• Priority – EP perspectives
