Online Course: e-filing DE-Design

As part of the training programme offered by IP for IP GmbH, Susanne Ferstl, certified Trademark and Design paralegal, will explain the online filing procedure for design applications at the German Patent and Trademark Office in an online seminar on 12 May 2021. IP applications are now usually submitted online with the individual offices. We will provide special information on the filing process and highlight where possible pitfalls might occur.

Contents of the course (approx. 60 minutes):

  • Demonstration of the online filing of a German design application with the GPTO
  • Special insights

The web seminar particularly addresses IP paralegals, trainee patent attorneys, IP staff as well as beginners and lateral hires in the field of intellectual property, IP assistants and specialised staff.
