We are pleased to have participated again this year in the Wiesn IP Forum in Munich. The event took place from Monday, September 18 to Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
The Wiesn IP Forum brought together IP leaders from industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, high-tech, automotive and others to network and share the latest industry insights. Our partner Dr-Ing. Sophie Ertl held a panel on September 19 on the topic: Sunrise or False Dawn: Review of Cases of the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
Joining her on the panel were Mathilde Rauline, Michel Abello and Matthias Sonntag. Dr-Ing. Sophie Ertl was accompanied by Dr Tobias Philipp, Sebastian Herzog, Alexander Feil, Martina Boidol and Alexander Müller.
