Claudia Wolfert joined Maiwald in 2022 as Project Manager Corporate Operations where she oversees the firm’s digitalisation projects.

After finishing her studies, she started her career in Controlling, first in the aviation industry and later in the automotive industry where she worked for many years. She has extensive experience in project management, ERP implementation, controlling, planning and reporting in the business process landscape.

Claudia Wolfert manages digitisation projects throughout the entire project cycle, from the selection of external consultants, to project implementation, right up to staff training. As Claudia sees it, project and change management are two sides of the same coin, and only through winning people over can processes and IT systems be established sustainably. Maiwald’s digital vision is the starting point for her efforts.
