Katja Antovic advises and assists German and international companies in obtaining, defending, enforcing and challenging IP rights in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and plant protection, areas in which she has specialized expertise and experience in formulations and active substances. An important part of her work concerns patent application proceedings before the European Patent Office as well as opposition and appeal proceedings. She also prepares expert opinions on freedom-to-operate, validity and infringement issues.
