Laura Huber is a patent attorney trainee at Maiwald. In the field of IP protection her areas of expertise comprise chemistry, biochemistry and pharmacy. While working on her doctorate, she investigated complex kinetic networks, for which purpose she developed simulation tools. She developed particular expertise in photocatalysis and autocatalysis, as well as in various analytical methods such as NMR and mass spectrometry. Over the course of her studies, she worked in the chemical R&D department of an international life science company, where she gained valuable industry experience. Laura’s work has been published in highly renowned scientific journals as well as in a technical textbook.
