In the current edition of the JUVE Handbook for Commercial Law Firms 2021/2022 published in October 2021 Dr Eva Ehlich, Angela Zumstein and Dr James Neuhaus have written a co-publishing article on the subject of “Chances and stumbling blocks in video negotiations at the EPO”, highlighting the effects of the pandemic on the negotiations before the European Patent Office and the Boards of Appeal, which were previously almost exclusively analog and now virtually by video.
